Any visit involving medical decision-making—whether in-office or virtual—is scheduled and billed based on time, regardless of visit type.
Time-Based Visit Rates

Urgent access outside regular business hours
After-hours care is reserved for urgent matters that cannot wait until the next business day and is not included in packages or wellness visits.
