Our Process
WellKids Pediatrics is a fee-for-service, out-of-network practice.
Each visit is billed individually, allowing for extended visits, personalized evaluation, and clinically driven care without insurance restrictions.
Step 1:
Comprehensive Intake & Wellness Visits
Initial Consultation / Well Visit (60–90 minutes)
Pediatric: $350 | Adult: $450
This visit is used for new patients, annual wellness evaluations, or comprehensive integrative assessments.
A detailed review of your medical history, current concerns, prior testing, and treatment history is completed.
An initial care strategy is developed and may include:

Targeted dietary recommendations

Personalized supplement, herbal, and lifestyle guidance

Strategic laboratory and functional testing to identify root causes
Testing may include:
Standard laboratory testing
Quest or LabCorp
May be covered by insurance, though coverage is not guaranteed
Targeted functional & specialty testing
Prescribed when clinically indicated to assess gut health, inflammation, nutrient status, detoxification, genetics, or environmental exposures
Typically self-pay and ordered directly through specialty laboratories
Step 2:
After Your Initial Visit — Care Follows One of Two Paths
Path A: Advanced Testing & Diagnostic Review
For patients who require laboratory or functional testing
Functional Test Review & Treatment Planning Visit
Dedicated 60-Minute Visit – $350
Scheduled when laboratory or functional testing has been ordered.
During this session:

All laboratory and functional testing is reviewed in detail

Root-cause patterns are analyzed

A comprehensive, individualized treatment plan is established

Supplement protocols, dietary strategy, and follow-up timeline are finalized
This visit establishes the foundation of your integrative treatment plan.
After this visit, care transitions to time-based follow-ups (see below) every 4-6 weeks.
Path B: Routine Care, Sick Visits & Follow-Up
For patients who do not require advanced testing, or for ongoing care after a treatment plan is established
These visits are used for:

New or evolving symptoms
Time-Based Visit Pricing
15 minutes — $125
30 minutes — $250
45 minutes — $300
60 minutes — $350
